Add lines inbound delivery without modify the PO

Hi experts!
I need to know if it's possible add lines on inbound delivery without modifing the PO.
For example, in the PO I have got
Item A 10 qty
Item B 10 qty
And I recive:
Item A 15 qty
Item C 5 qty.
I'd like assses the materials in the delivery without modify the PO
It's possible?

Unplanned receipts are not posted with a PO reference. You post unplanned receipts with a 501 movement in MIGO.

Posting receipts from an inbound delivery which references a PO is not anymore unplanned, you use inbound deliveries because you plan your activities, hence you would need to add another item in the PO.
