Actuals results of a production order

Hello, I would like to know how can I register/input the actuals of a production order. For example. Suppose my production order planned to manufacture 100 units of certain finished goods, and for such amount it was supposed to require 1000 units of specific raw material. So, suppose I run this production order but it just consumed 900 units of the raw material but it manufactured all the 100 finished good as stated in the order.

So, my question is where do I keep the records of the actuals of the raw material consumption for a specific production order ? I wish I can have records of the the planned and actuals of the raw material consumption.

Hi,

You can just use transaction COOIS in ECC (ERP) system. You shoud select list: PPIOM000 - Components, and after selection of required data the system should display the list with production orders and components. In the list you can find requirement quantity and confirmed quantity and open quantity etc. You can compare these columns. You can also enter the specific components in the section "selection at component level" in the first selection screen of the transaction COOIS. I think that this report should be sufficient for your requirements.
