Activity Area determination for a W.H task?

Hi EWM experts,

Can you please help me in understanding the below question.

1. How the Activity Area is determined for a warehouse task.

Please let me know if any configuration settings were required for this.

Hi,

That is simple...

The warehouse process type has an activity. And if the bin has an activity area with a sorting for this activity... voila, there you go. Additionally in the WPT there is a field to select if the source or the target activity area is the source for the WOCR determination.

The activaty CSLP is a little bit special, as your WPT will never have this activity. But this is only used for the bin determination for relevant strategies.
