Activating APO add-on on SAP ERP

Dear Experts,

Do you have any experience with activating APO add-on on SAP ERP platform ?  According to following document it is possible :

The Add-On is installed by Basis via the Tcode SAINT.  However, I would VERY strongly advice that you think twice before you do this Add-On. Main reason -- At the moment, the APO on ERP Add-On is "NOT released" for S/4 HANA On premise edition. REF: SAP Note: 2214409.
