how i can actÃvate the SPRO node "Interface to Global Track and Trace" located in
spro->Integration with Other SAP Components

you need to have the right support package installed. Nothing else is needed. Which SP (of component PI_BASIS respectively SAP_BW) is needed, you can check in note https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2436001 .
