Accessing Layout sets in the transportaion cockpit results in an error

Hello experts,

we encounter an error when accessing Layout Sets (regardless of which one). The error prohibits us from using the Transportation Cockpit.

The error message:

The error occurs only for certain users.

Is this a known error with a fix?

check if the user are assigned to that TC here

If that's not work I suggest you to do a Trace to get more details as no DUMP are in place

Open the page layout and check the user if are asigned to them and check the asigned of the cockpit for these users

The page layouts are all assigned to every user.

Strangely enough, the users who can't access the layout directly from the transportation cockpit (due to the error), can access the layout if they first access another layout and then use the button "Change Profile Selection" to switch to the layout they previously couldn't access.

Did you check the dump related?Should have more info there.

Unfortunately no dumps were created. Could this be related to Authorizations?
