Accessing DSiM Harmonization components from SAP PORTAL

Hi All,

We have an issue were we have defined some roles for usage of DSiM Product and Location Harmonization Process.

On Logging in with a test users assigned to this role via SAP GUI, the links (Under Harmonization User/Products or Harmonization User/Locations) like "Derive Source Product Attributes " and subsequent actions of Opening or Creating a Derivation Instruction works fine.

The same links when accessed via SAP Portal, pop me up a screen to enter some technical details (attached screenshot).

Can someone help with this issue to understand what bits (like Services, Configs etc.) are missing or incorrect.

Hello Thanks for the response.

We were able to resolve the issue by adding a parameter FRW_SYSALIAS=<System>@|@ to the Webdynpro call.

But now we have some 500 SAP Internal Error with Termination : RABAX_STATE, and this only happens when access via Portal, while it works fine when access via SAP GUI.

So is it something relate dto Portal again??
