Hello,
In SAP FSM (with FSM Cloud Connector), we are not able to update or delete an absence on the planning board, even though it's certainly not waiting for confirmation from ERP (confirmation already received by FSM). After clicking the delete button, there's an error 'Reservation has not been deleted due to an error'.
Is it in general not allowed in companies using FSM Cloud Connector to update/delete absences? If it's not the case, how can that be allowed?

In companies with ERP type set it is not possible to edit, update or delete absences. Please kindly check the SAP Help page here.
Even without synchronizing the absences to ERP it is still not possible to delete them as such logic relies on the company type value (ERP)
