We are doing ABC/XYZ segmentation at the product level in IBP app and we have four ABC/XYZ grouping attributes we're also using from the Product master. However, only three of the product attributes show up in the grouping drop-down list. Why would one of them not show up when it's configured the same as the other three product attribute groupings?

- added the category to the planning level in the planning area configuration
- added the category to the calculation level in the ABC-segmentation profile?
If that prerequisites is fulfilled (according to Onlinehelp ), and it still does not show up, I guess you will need to open OSS message

It is not really clear for me, where you expecting what. Can you please add some screenshots?
However, prerequisites to using the attributes in Excel is, that they are a) assigned to the planning area itself and b) that they are assigned to the planning levels. So when you adjust the Master data type with new attributes (which I assume you did as you refer to FOUR attributes), very often people forget b)

Below is the screenshot of the 3 attribute groupings I was able to add from the product master. All the prerequisites you have mentioned are there but for some reason the product attribute Category does not appear in the drop down list but the other three do.
