A framework for measuring user adoption of APO SNP

Dear Grey haired experts,

My clients want to come up with some ideas on how to monitor 'User Adoption' of APO SNP (Optimizer)!

This can mean different things to different people. e.g. if the users are directly creating process orders from planned orders but at least keeping it in the limits of what system proposed that is also an adoption. But I need more thoughts.

I guess an answer to such a question will borrow a lot from your personal experiences this post can as well be a decent blog.

Include everything... PP Master data, CIF, APO Master Data, Optimization Runs, User Sessions, MD04...
