500 SAP Internal Server Error while saving freight settlement document

Hello experts,

We are getting the following error while saving Freight Settlement Document

500 SAP Internal Server Error

Error : There should be a record be inserted , although b 1,017 ( termination : ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE )

There is no dump in ST22. Following log is appearing in SM21

Any help in this regard is deeply appreciated.

Is the number range maintained/assigned properly..? Pl check object /SCMTMS/ST in SNRO

Any other detail/history you have to share w.r.t. the issue..?

Hi Narendra,

Yes, the number range is setup properly.

This issue appeared after the DBA team did some modification to Password schema. They reversed the changes made to Password schema to resolve this issue.
