107/109 movement types in EWM

Hello,

How do I receive a material against a standard PO but with movement type 109 in EWM? I understand an IBD with type ELST can be created via SPED output from an OBD against STO but in my scenario there is NO STO. So, how is stock put into transit with movement type 107 and then how is inbound delivery created with movement type 109 to receive the stock in EWM?

Hi Avinash,

Do you really require to use 107 and 109 with inbound delivery in PO with External Vendor ?

Inbound delivery itself suggest as stock in transit when stock out from vendor premises. Do you have any specific requirement( Sea or long distance ) ?

Hi Avinash

I am not wrong then you are talking about stock in transit process(SIT). if you explore it with LOG_MM_SIT.

In this scenario, when inbound delivery is created. delivery is distributed to wms and you do the pgr against 109 movement type.
