Following on from the analysis exercise we completed with the SAP support team around the calls logged in relation to SAP EWM, we did a similar exercise analysing all the tickets raised for SAP TM over the past 3 months.
We found a pattern of calls linked to Freight orders, ERP/TM integration, FSD Posting error , EWM/TM integration, Data inconsistency, deleted queues, etc.
In order to resolve these issues, we've compiled a list of the most common solutions provided, some are SAP notes, SAP KBA's and Best Practice.
