SAP Digital Manufacturing 23.08 Release is planned to go live in Quality Spaces on August 5th and on Productive Spaces on August 19th. See below my personal Top 3 Features planned for this Release.
Logging Nonconformances Using a 3D Model

You can now select a defective BOM component by using a 3D model in the
Work Instruction Viewer plugin, then you can log nonconformances for these BOM components using the
Nonconformance Data Entry plugin in POD.
Electronic Signature

You can use the Electronic Signature plugin as a verification or approval step in your manufacturing process.
When launched, the plugin asks for User Credentials (required), Reason (required), and a Comment (optional).
This information collectively functions as the electronic signature of the person who provides it, also known as the signatory.
By collecting and processing the electronic signature of the signatory, the plugin serves as a check point that can help you to confirm that the previous transaction or transactions were completed.
Indirect Labor Tracking

In Manage Business Settings app, you can create activities for the activity type Indirect Labor. These activities are available when you configure the Indirect Labor On plugin in POD Designer, where you can use this plugin to track Indirect Labor activities.
When a production operator starts tracking Indirect Labor, the system creates a record that contains the user ID of the logged on user as well as the indirect labor activity. The system also saves other conextual data such as the date / time and the plant.
Other planned features
Some other 23.08 planned features which I consider highly relevant are:
- Installation Points (Reference Designator) download from S/4H On Prem
- Barcode Parsing in Assemble Plugin
- Badge Numbers for Labor Tracking
- New MDOs for Tools and Work Instructions
- Additional Scrap Columns in Line Monitor for Quality perspective
