SAP IBP Onboarding Journey Touchpoints


The Onboarding Journey consists in 5 live webinars placed every quarter for the new SAP IBP customers attend. In each live webinars we will go over the following content of the Onboarding Journey touchpoints:

1st Onboarding session - Welcome and Introduction 

Main objective is to make sure customers understands the provisioning process and get familiar with the expected communications from SAP so they can login in the systems. In addition, we also want to ensure you are aware of SAP IBP landscape, and entitlements available for SAP IBP solution.

 The topics covered are:

- Understand your onboarding journey
- Get access to your system
- Comprehend the value of your solution and entitlements
- Learn about SAP solution channels
- Learn how to access & interact with SAP Support

 


2nd Onboarding session - Project Readiness

Main objective of this session is to ensure customers are prepared to start a successful project implementation.

The topics covered are:

- Understand solution key capabilities
- Learn how to run your project implementation
- Accelerate your implementation with SAP Best Practices
- Identify SAP Enterprise Support portfolio offerings


3rd Onboarding session - Project Guidance 


Main objective of this session is to ensure customers continue progressing with their project implementation and are aware of all SAP resources available to save implementation time. In this touchpoint we also provide deeper guidance on the different tools available for data integration.

The topics covered are:

- Evaluate your project status
- Select Data Integration tools to support your implementation
- The importance of system testing and roles concept
- Discover your solution roadmap & how to influence
- Increase your knowledge of SAP Support resources

  

 

 

4th Onboarding session - Project Progress

Main objective of this session is to ensure that customer´s project implementation is going on the right path. In this touchpoint we review the project progress with checklists, provide awareness to the importance of cut-over phase and share information about SAP remote services to assess your SAP IBP system.

The topics covered are:

- Measure your project progress & milestones
- Understand cutover concept
- Identify SAP offerings & services to support your implementation


5th Onboarding session - Go-Live Preparation

Main objective of this session is to ensure a smooth Go-Live and share post Go-Live maintenance activities and SAP resources available.

The topics covered are:

- Assess the final activities for solution Go-live
- Locate post Go-live support resources
- Understand how to continue innovating
