Introduction
The production stocks are only managed in SAP EWM, and are, therefore, transparent in the SAP EWM system only. When staging the products, the system does not execute a posting change.
Advanced production integration allows you to integrate the supply of products to production and the receipt of products from production into your warehouse in S/4HANA Embedded Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). It is integrated with the manufacturing order processing in SAP S/4HANA and allows you to stage and consume the materials and receive the semi-finished products or finished products in S/4HANA Embedded EWM.
The warehouse execution for the SAP S/4HANA Production Orders is based on the Production Material Request (PMR) document.
Process Flow
To achieve this we have to go with following steps
1)Create 4 raw materials with MRP View Mandatory
2)Create 1 Finished material with MRP view & work Scheduling view Mandatory
3)Create a storage location which is EWM Managed storage location
4)Assign Storage location to warehouse and plant in Enterprise Structure

24)Assign bin to PSA/Product/PED
Here Single order staging we are using 2100 Warehouse process type
Here cross order staging we are using customized 3010 warehouse process type
Here crate part Replenishment we are using customized 3100 warehouse process type
Here Not Relevant for staging we are using customized 9999 warehouse process type
25)Create a Storage Bin for 1005 Storage type
Here we are using Production Staging Area storage type with Storage type role(K) is PMRL
26.a)In Warehouse process type(2100) we should not define Destination storage type and bin because we are staging at EWM system for single order staging
26.b)In Warehouse process type(3010) we should not define Destination storage type and bin because we are staging at EWM system for Cross order staging

Staging in EWM:we need to stage the product at EWM Production staging area
/N/SCWM/STAGE
2warehouse tasks got created
Go to monitor
/N/SCWM/MON
1)Single order components
Here we need single order components will be consumed based on production order
2)Cross order components
Here for cross order components there will be no manufacturing number reference’s components will be consumed based on combination of multiple Manufacturing orders. If we try to give manufacturing order with warehouse type system will not execute the open warehouse tasks
Crate Part Replinishment
Not Relevant for Staging
Confirm the warehouse tasks & warehouse orders
Now Products are available at EWM Production Staging area. We need to consume the products
Go to /N/SCWM/RFUI and select outbound process
Select consumption.
Select Manufacturing order
Enter Manufacturing order
If you are aware of HU number you can give or else we can give Production staging area BIN
Single order
Click on enter
Cross order
Click on enter
Crate Part Replenishment
click on enter
Not Relevant for Staging
Click on enter
We need to check once the consumption has been done another warehouse task need to be trigger automatically for Goods issue
Single order,Cross order,Crate Part Replinishment and Not Relevant for Staging
Check whether the goods issue has been happened in MB51
We can see the material documents got generated for these four materials
Check the goods movements in Production order header level
Now we need to change the production order status from released to technically completed
Release status:
Go to Production order in CO02 and click on Complete Technically
We can see the production order status is technically completed
Conclusion:By above configurations and testing now you got an idea how to do Advance production Integration with SAP EWM-managed storage location in one warehouse in SAP EWM
