New Deployment Functionality

I am trying tho use the functionality for considering demands at the source location when running deployment.  I have added the Key figure 9ATSRESQ  Deployment Reservation Quantity but now I cannot load a selection into the deployment data view.  I receive an error that the selection and data view are not compatible.  Did I miss a step somewhere?
