MR11 error message--

Hi All

While doing MR11 for PO to rectify qauntity difference got the below error message.

Error message: Purchase order history already inconsistent --- Quantity 14.000-EA     value 3,63,483.71 INR

Message no: CKMLGRIR025.

Diagnosis:

The purchase order history contanis difference between the goods receipts and invoice receipts/account maitence for the order items in fields difference quantity=(14000-EA) and difference value (=3,63,483.71 INR)

System response :

The purchase order item will not be processed.

Procedure:

Inform your system administraivites
