Internal Process:
The activities and steps carried out within the warehouse to ensure smooth operations, including managing tasks and workflows.

Warehouse Task:
A specific activity assigned within the warehouse, such as picking, putaway, or inventory handling, to optimize movement and storage.

Adhoc Product WT:
An unscheduled warehouse task created to handle unplanned product movements, addressing immediate needs in the warehouse.

Warehouse Process Type:
Defines the type of activity or movement required for products within the warehouse, such as receiving, storage, or outbound processing, guiding task execution based on business requirements.

 

Steps to perform Internal Processes -> Create and Confirm Adhoc Product WT

Step1: Navigate to the RFUI screen using the transaction code /N/SCWM/RFUI

Provide the below details:

  1. Warehouse number
  2. Resource
  3. DefPresDvc

Then click on the enter Key

Select the option “Internal Processes”

 Then click on the option “Adhoc WT Creation”

 Then click on the option “Create and Confirm Adhoc Product WT”

Step2:

In the next screen provide the below details and click on enter.

  1. Source Bin
  2. Product
  3. Process Type

Then Provide the source quantity and Destination Bin and Click on enter key.

Step3:

In the next screen confirm the Product and Destination Bin

Step4:

The warehouse task is created and confirmed.
