Maintain the negative stock allowed settings for storage type

Spro-Img- SCM Extended Warehouse Management- Extended Warehouse Management- Master Data- Define Storage Type

Process:

Sap easy access- SCM Extended Warehouse Management- Extended Warehouse Management- Delivery Processing- Outbound Delivery -Maintain Outbound Delivery Order

T code : /SCWM/PRDO

Select the document type & item types

Enter product & qty

Enter WPT & stock type

Enter ship-to-party under partner tab

Then save the document

Now ODO is created with " Generated Manually " status.

Then process the fallow on functions ( WTs ) , confirm WO and do the Goods Issue as like normal ODO ( which is distributed from ECC )

once after the Goods Issue one OD is created and acknowledgement sent to ECC.

Now Check the OBD in ECC.
