Manufacturing Order: It is a document that specifies how to produce a specific quantity of a product, part, or assembly within a set time frame. Manufacturing order can be a production orde or a production order.

Consumption: Components of an order will consumed to produce finished goods. Consumption can be set automatically (Backflush)  or manually. 

RFUI:For EWM, Consumption and staging to PSA’s can be performed from RF device or RFUI transactions.

 Staging: To move products from warehouse bins to production supply areas , staging tasks are created and confirmed. This can be performed from RFUI and from Fiori.

 

Step1:

Create Process order using the transaction code CR01

 Step2: Perform staging using the transaction code /N/SCWM/STAGE

Step3:

Go to RFUI screen using the transaction code /N/SCWM/RFUI

Select the option “05 Outbound Processes”

Then click on the option “05 Consumption”

It will navigate to the next screen displaying four options:

“01 Consumption by Manufacturing Order”

“02 Reversal of Consumption by MO (HU)”

“03 Reversal of Consumption by MO (Bin)”

Select the First Option.

Step4:

In the next screen provide the Manufacturing Order and click on enter.

Provide the quantity to be consumed and then click on the enter key.

Consumption by manufacturing order is completed.
