At SAP, we're committed to providing our customers with cutting-edge solutions that streamline operations and reduce costs. We're excited to share some important updates about our SAP IBP integration offerings.
First and foremost, we want to reassure IBP customers using CI-DS: there are no plans to sunset or discontinue the CI-DS integration. With all SAP IBP customers relying on SAP CI-DS, we remain committed to supporting and maintaining this integration method with Bug fixes and security related enhancements.
While maintaining continuity for our users, we're also working on enhancing the underlying infrastructure. The CI-DS infrastructure is transitioning from the SAP NEO cloud infrastructure to a SAP BTP Kyma-based infrastructure. This change happens behind the scenes, ensuring that end-users won't experience any changes in system look, feel, or behavior.
We're thrilled to announce that in the second half of 2025, we'll be introducing a new integration option that promises faster and tighter integration with SAP ERP and S/4HANA On Premise and Private Cloud systems. This new feature will utilize SAP real-time integration and the Cloud Integration capability of SAP Integration Suite.
SAP real-time integration will seamlessly integrate master, order, and stock data, while the Cloud Integration capability of SAP Integration Suite will allow for the transfer of Key Figure data and offer flexibility to connect to other SAP systems, third-party, legacy systems, databases, and files.
Existing CI-DS users can confidently continue with their current integration methods. For those considering SAP IBP or seeking to optimize their integration processes, the forthcoming SAP real-time integration and SAP Integration Suite Cloud Integration option will offer an efficient and cost-effective solution. Currently, customers can access selected integration packages for SAP IBP with S/4 Public Cloud, Ariba, Everstream, and SAP SAC through the Cloud Integration capability of SAP Integration Suite.
These developments reflect our ongoing commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. By offering multiple integration options, we're ensuring that businesses can choose the solution that best fits their unique requirements and infrastructure.
We're excited about these advancements and look forward to seeing how they will benefit our customers' operations. As we approach the launch date for the new SAP Integration Suite Cloud Integration integration option, we'll provide more detailed information and guidance.
