Central PLS Creation and Management
The PLS management screens enable an administrator to centrally create and manage PLSs for a team or organization and assign users to them. This approach simplifies the process of working with PLSs by removing the need for individual users to create and maintain their own.
When an administrator creates a PLS and assigns a user to it, the PLS is available for the user to select on the relevant application start screen.
The administrator can create and manage PLSs by choosing from the following in SAP Business Client under Application Administration Planning General Settings Profile and Layout Sets: Profile and Layout Set Management for Transportation Cockpit
Fiori Application
One can assign / remove created Profile and Layout sets to team members.
