WS14000044 Shopping cart goes back to requestor for review

Dear All,

We are using SRM 7.0 with portal. I've configured WS14000044 and it works fine. The requester creates SC and SC routes to purchaser. Purchaser checks the SC, completes it and approves. In expected scenario, now the SC should go back to requester. When i log on with requester, i cannot see the SC in portal menus.

Am i doing something missing ? Can you please advise ?

Hi,

once the purchaser approve instead of inquire the SC , SC will not go to requestor, the WF will keep continue

Hello,

Don't know very well this workflow, but approval step for Purchaser seems to be a Completion one.

Can Purchaser make an "Inquire" for the Work Item or only "Approve" and "Reject" are available ?
