Wrong email entered in SU01 - how to change

Hello

A user has been created in SU01 and the wrong email address has been entered by accident. This was picked up when checking SOST for any emails not been transmitted. I have amended the SU01 recorded with the correct email address but I have checked SOST again today to find that the change has not been picked up.

Please can you advise where I may need to change this anywhere else in the system? I have checked everything I can think of and I am hitting a brick wall.

Any guidance will be approciated.

Hello,

Make user's e-mail modification using Web GUI (Portal or ITS).

LOL! Typical I changed the email address in Manage Employee data at the top but missed the second box at the very bottom of the screen. I will check next week when the user raises her next PO if it worked and if not I will be back to the drawing board.
