WorkflowService WSDL URL giving user error

Hi,

When I try to launch the WorkflowService WSDL link (to check error with interface WorkflowItemQueryAndResponse_Sync_Out_V01) for SAP Sourcing/CLM, getting the error - "Unable login user - no username provided".

Can you please advise where I need to set the user/pwd for the service

Hi Experts,

To add more to my query:

WorkflowItemQueryAndResponse_Sync_Out_V01 is a custom web service being called from NW portal to fetch work items of CLM documents (like Projects, Contracts etc). When this is called we are getting 'SOAP: TEXT/PLAIN; HTTP 200 OK' message in PI.

When the web service URL - 'http://<host>:<port>/esourcing/services/WorkflowService?wsdl' is launched, we get the above said error - 'Unable login user - no username provided'

Can you please suggest where in CLM should the user/pwd set for this service. Also we are in SAP Sourcing 7.0 and not getting the 'Web Service' link under Setup->System Setup, like in higher versions.

Really appreciate any guidance on this.!

the user id set in PI had some issues in CLM, which had to be corrected
