Workflow Process Template

Experts,

I am trying to delete Workflow Process Template old versions. I see a Trash at the end of each record of version, but its grayed out. Is it due to authorization issue? Is there any other way to delete versions?

Hi Maya,

Although the trash can is present it does not serve any purpose. You can only deactivate an existing version.

As soon as you add a new version of a process template the older ones gets inactive.
