Workflow email is sent with blank value

Hi Folks,

There are 2 issues in this.

1. When shopping cart is ordered, a mail is sent to the approvers with blank value in the subject and body of the mail.

2. And when the approver tries to approve it then it behaves as if the shopping cart is changed, asking the requestor to accept or reject the changes.

This is happening for some shopping carts, not all. For shopping carts where the approval mails are sent with blank value.

It would be really grateful, if someone can help me in this.

Hello Rohith,

check if PRI attribute (Default printer) is not populated for approvers concerned.

If it is the case, put a default printer (LOCL for example) and check again with a new aproval mail.
