Hello,
The question is how to add an item in the "To do List" in the workbench that contains the projects linked to a specific document type.
I know how to add a new parameter definition (setup - desktop channels - to do list) but how do we create the link to the prokects linked to a specific document type?

Hi,
Each link in "To do list" point to a specific Query definition. For example Link for Master Agreements points to query “To-Do Master Agreements”. Further more all “To do List” queries integrated by Query Group "To-Do list Queries".
So you can define a new query for your requirement and add the query definition to Query group to view the link in “To do List”
