Hello Experts,

I am getting this error while accepting or rejecting Work Order through API. Can anybody confirm why I am getting this error?

Error - "Message" : "Cannot invoke \"java.util.HashMap.size()\" because the return value of \"insite.web.integration.translator.bean.TranslatorBean.getHeaderColumnMap()\" is null"

Hi Nishant,

This error is because the connector is configured for CSV, it needs to be updated for JSON translator on the back end.

I suggest you reach out to your SAP Fieldglass Support Team to help get JSON preprocessor enabled for this connector.
