work item not foud in Approvers inbox

Dear Experts,

We are in SRM7 Ehp1, we have implemented extended classic scenario with Process controled workflow.

Here our issue is PO work item is not visible in approvers inbox in portal where as the work flow log and the PO approval preview is showing it is with approver

Approver can see other PO work items, only this one is missing.

i tried to push the work item from SWIA using forward work item again still it is not appearing in approvers inbox.

Please suggest how to bring the work item back to approvers inbox.

Hello,

Have a look in SWI1 to see what effect the forward had. Could that be an excluded agent? You'll see that in the log.
