withdrawn RFX Response showing wrong status under Responses and Awards of RFX SAP SRM

Hello Gurus

SAP SRM, Release 713, SP Level 0010

We are creating a RFX and publishing the RFX. The Bidder submits the response and then he is Withdrawing it.

After this, if the Purchaser opens the RFX and goes to Responses and Award, he still sees the status of the RFX Response as Submitted instead of Withdrawn and moreover the Purchaser can also open the Withdrawn bid, which should not be the case.

Could you please let us how to correct this

Hi,

Anyone found a solution for this issue yet? I implemented SAP Note 2645601 yet the RFx response status in SRM is still not getting updated from "Withdrawn" to "Submitted" after the RFx is re-submitted in SUS. No XML message got triggered from SUS after re-submitting the RFx response, could this be the reason why the status for the Supplier Quote in SRM is not updating from "Withdrawn" to "Submitted"?

The Supplier Quote Status in SUS is getting updated correctly. The problem is in SRM...
