What I understand is SAP will able to grab more market share on on-demand/cloud computing in e procurement front.
There will other alternative to e sourcing/CLM as Ariba's products are already a market leader in the category.
As far as core SRM is concerned, SAP may try to offer Ariba's products also as alternative to customers who are interested in on demand, easy deployment and less cost options.
So fingers crossed for many more changes to come in procurement modules.
