while creating shopping cart, item getting disappeared and we are getting initial screen

Hi Guru,

We are using Extended classic scenario, here when we are adding line items in our shopping cart and finally when we are checking out shopping cart  it is taking us on the initial screen., and all item got disappeared.

I have checked vendor and found Vendor is not blocked, what else I need to check.

Please help me to solve this

Hello Rohit,

Could you kindly share the Standard Call Structure for the Catalog using txn /ospro.

Also, attach the HTTPWatch trace of the scenario. It should cover the scenario from where the Catalog is launched till the point the initial screen again gets displayed on checkout.

Use can use the HTTPWatch trace for the same.
