While creating SC Supplier List is not appearing

Hi Expert

I am working on SRM 7.02 Classic scenario

I have created a Suppplier list for a Product Category. When I am creating SC with the same Product Category

Supplier List is not appearing

Hello Ajit,

  Do check whether your login id is having the required roles for viewing/adding the supplier list i.e /SAPSRM/OP_PURCHASER or not.

Yes we have given required roles to user,

Z:R:SRM_OP_PURCHASER_EHP2

Its a urgent issue, Help appreciated here.

Hi Ajit,

Raising silly points but can you please recheck:

1) Released status of the supplier list.

2) Within the supplier list, cross check that you have selected the checkbox(s) "Supplier is active" against each supplier.

3) Responsible Purch Org is same for which you want to create the shopping cart.

Test: While creating the SC, on vendor search pop up window, at the bottom there is a field where you can directly search for supplier lists for a PORG. Please check if you are getting your supplier list there in the search.

Hi Ajit,

Can you check whether the purchasing organisation on the supplier list and the purchasing org on the shopping cart are same. Though you are creating the shopping cart for the same product category, purchasing org also should match. Then only the supplier list will appear in the search list.

Yes the Purchasing Organization are same in both SC and Vendor
