Which T-code could trigger automatic reminder emails when our system 55 order completes the first batch of receipt?

If any T-code or any sap system setting can achieve this automatic notification? Thanks for your assistance in advance.

Thanks for information you shared. But it cannot fulfill my request.

I am in charge of the company's engineering change related business. When we receive new version of parts, we should inform warehouse, quality and any other teams to follow. We always use different SA number to distinguish different version of parts. If Sap could trigger automatic reminder emails when our system 55 order completes the first batch of receipt, it will effectively standardize our workflow. What's more, this will make us work more efficiently.
