which subcription is required for enabling product sourcing

Hi team, I know that product sourcing could be enabling by buyers that has an strategic sourcing subcription licensed, but when customer just subcribe Ariba sourcing? what else do they need in order to get accessed to product sourcing capabilities? is there any SKU for product sourcing, or is it strategic sourcing the only way to get accessed to it?
