Whether Shopping cart delivery date can be in past date!!

Hello SRM Gurus,

There is a requirement from my customer, it may be strange.

The requirement is : Shopping cart (requestor) should be abe to save having delivery date as a past date and PO in SRM with same past date.

Is there any BADI available or programming is required?

Pls post your sugesstions.

Hi madhan

you achieve it by influence error to warning.. as said 752868 ..

Note 752868 - SC desired del.date: Change error message to warning message

Note 1037276 - Cannot approve a SC with delivery date in the past.

Note 1270676 - Approval of SC with delivery date in the past.

But try to convince the user not to do this..

how can delivery date can be past in the PO / SC..

Note 752868 - Supports only SRM 5.0

My SRM System version : 7.0 and SP6

Is there any other option to enable this requirement?

i think you can do this config . 584 message ready made available for you as E . now you can turn to W

and do lot of testing for entire procurement cycle.

.. it may give some trouble approval time too. check it up

IMG activity 'Influence Message Control' (Enterprise Buyer -> Cross-Application Basic Settings -> Message Control):

Select the line with business object BUS2121 and double-clicking on 'Message Control'.

Hi,

When will be the Confirmation/Goods Receipt posting data and Invoice posting date? I see issues in Financial side.

If you can share business background and reasons for the requirement, we may propose a workaround solution.
