Where is the flag 'PERMIT PROXY BIDDING' , for surrogate bidding

hi exerts,

we wanna use surrogate bidding, after i chcek some thread, i get next :" you must flag "PERMIT PROXY BIDDING" "

The question is , Where is this flag?

i check 1. Tcode: BP, for supplier and contact person.

2. Business parter in EP.

3. RFx document in EP

but cannot find it. please give me a clue, thanks.

1. go to business partner look for the vendor

2. click the selected vendor

3. the check box for PERMIT PROXY BIDDING is in there

i get the check box, in the business partener -> bidder data.

Hi Claud,

As far as I remember, there should be an option to enable surrogate bidding in the RFx document itself. Unfortunately, I donot have system with me to check and let you know the correct answer.
