When testing PunchOut Catalogue, items are not being Added to Cart?

Hi all, first time as a supplier for SAP Ariba. We have created an L1 PunchOut catalogue (.cif) for our client and we are in the testing phase. During the testing of the catalogue, our site loads within the clients ERP and everything seems to display and function as per usual, however, when a product is selected and the user clicks the Add to Cart button, the Cart page appears empty, without the product that were just added?
We are using WooCommece to facilitate the PunchOut. Has anyone had a similar experience or can anyone shed some light on what the reason for this might be? I sincerely appreciate any assistance or suggestions. Thank you.

"The cart page" you refer to is in your shop site or the customer ERP?

Could you please clarify where the issue is happened?

Hi SiruiLiu. The Cart page is actually in both? It is a stand alone WooCommerce built site that has been made PunchOut ready. The Non-ability to Add to Cart only occurs when the site is loaded within the ERP (Sap Ariba)? Thanks for the comment and interest.

Sorry for the late response, did you get the chance to solve the issue?

I was asking the issue occurs in WooCommece or SAP Ariba side, if the issue happens in SAP Ariba, then the cxml payload sent from WooCommece need to be checked.

If the issue happened in WooCommerce, I would suggest to check with WooCommerce support team first, maybe they can find some log from backend to analyze further.
