When running any transaction from the the SRM Portal, the transactions come up minimized. For example if I click create purchase order, the pop-up window is very tiny and has to be manually resized. We tried chaning the portal parameters for the buyer role to "full screen" but it has no affect. There must be a fix for this???? Thanks!

Can you please replicate the issue outside the portal.
Check if the issue also occurs when you call the same application outside the portal. For instance, if the message concerns an issue with a particular transaction, which is displayed in the portal using WebGUI (SAP GUI for HTML), call the same WebGUI transaction outside the portal and verify whether or not the issue occurs there.
Also, please attach the screenshot and version details.
