You can use difine supplier list,when difine the supplier list you can select internal catalog.

Hi,

Internal catalogs have Supplier field in them (for example SRM MDM Catalog). There are two types of items that can be loaded into internal catalog.

1. Supplier provided catalog data - This should have a supplier number in it. The supplier number should match the BP# in SRM from vendor replication.

2. Material master data - This data is typically exported from SRM/ECC to MDM. For this data, you do not need to have supplier populated. When you pick an item of this for shopping, it behaves similar to ordering internal goods/services.

Hello,

Each catalouge should be contain a supplier. Wether it is internal or external catalouge.

When ever you are trying to shop using catalouge the order will be placed to the vendor which is currently assigned to that catalouge.
