that might mean the ARIBA master data for Uom / Iso unit is not actually complete, you might need to check with ARIBA team the list of the UoM in their system and import the needed one.

for the master data integration, I was using a standard ARIBA program in SE38 ( I can't remember the exact program name, but should be containing ARIBA_XX word ) which could be used to synch SAP data to ARIBA. ( not sure if ARIBA have a way to synch master data to SAP). But before you used it, you need to do some configuration first in SPRO ( inside the CIG - Cloud Integration Gateway or ARIBA tree path ) before you could actually run the program or else the program will return error. Some of the configuration will require BASIS to do so, and some will require the ABAP / Functional.
