WF-BATCH and SO16

Hello,

We are implementing SRM 7 SP 10 with ECS.

In SO16 we selected "Sent to Home addresses of Users" for users to get mail notifications.

But we need "No mail system group" for WF-BATCH. We need WF-BATCH to get his mails in his SAP Inbox otherwise /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALGET can not proceed offline approval mails.

How can we have a specific setting for WF-BATCH ?

Hi,

You don't this program to be scheduled to update the status.. you have to maintain an entry s050 for exit name '/sapsrm/cl_offlineapp_inbound' .. the moment the response reach to SRM from email server, this class will automatically update the status..

Use /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND report with WF-BATCH in background.

You will get mails . No need to got for /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALGET .
