Warning Message Vendor's region not specified; Calculation with default rates

Hi Gurus,

I know that this is just a warning message, but I was wondering if someone could tell me why this shows up.  Vendor's region not specified; Calculation with default rates.  We are only see thing when Internal/Goods Service is selected.

Hope the below note gives you more information 646005. Seems like a Brazil tax region issue.

This note is specific for Brazil and I am seeing this issue with India.  We are on 7.02 SP5.

We are seeing same problem (warning message) when we are creating shopping cart for India. Could you please let me know if and how your problem got resolved.

Our issue is resolved now. We worked with SAP to create a note for this problem. Note number: 1997541 - Vendor region not mandatory
