Hi,

srm7.0, Extended Classic mode.

Create procurement contracts, automatic approval workflow.

approval is completed, the contract status has been waiting for approval.

Verify via BBP_PD transaction of the contract status. If it is different from what you see on the web, press "refresh" button. (Not the one offered by the browser though.) If BBP_PD shows "Awaiting Approval", check the "Approval" tab of the contract on hte web and see who has the "open decision" (workitem).

The contract status is wait for the approval.

Hey Sarah,

Can you check the status of your WF under SWi1. Does it show WF completed?

Also have you done the automatic WF customisation under SWU3?

You must be able to see a WF log under SWi1. Pl change the start time and check. If not, then how can we know whether your workflow is even triggered?
