Visibility of Appendices in SAP Ariba Contract Term

Hello,

I'm looking to confirm if an appendix added to a item level or commodity level contract term is always visible to a supplier when published and active. I do see that if selecting a BPO you do have the ability to change the visibility on the attachment. However, if you are selecting "NO" on the BPO what is the visibility of the attachment to the supplier.

Essentially, I'm wondering if there is a way to add the attachment and have it visible only to users within our company and not the supplier.

Hello Justin,

The BPO's are sent to suppliers on SAP BN, where supplier can view the BPO. Thus if you added an attachment while creating a BPO, there is an option to make it visible to Supplier.

If you choose BPO = No, Non BPO's are not sent to suppliers; so attachments are not visible to suppliers

Essentially, I'm wondering if there is a way to add the attachment and have it visible only to users within our company and not the supplier.

1. If you are creating a BPO, don't check the box to make attachment visible to supplier

2. If you are not creating a BPO, Contract is not sent to supplier, thus attachment not visible.
