Hi all, We are currently on SRM7 and the business has a requirement where
They would like to view shopping carts created within their area, example all users in a section or area would like to
see each others Scart and confirm.
Our requirement is to only limit within their area.
Can this be done by creating security roles. or maintaining attributes in org plan.
the issue here is we cannot restrict by plants or purch grp as these user might be different physical location.
any idea on how to make this work.

Hi saj,
as mentioned, the team shopping cart functionality will take care of your requirement. The action needed from the users is to define the procurement substitutes (usually the members from the same department) in the user personalization tab and tick the option 'team shopping cart' while creating a shopping cart.
the configuration needed is well described in the wiki mentioned above.
