Vendor Replication Issue

Hello Gurus,

We have a problem where in we are trying to replicate a New Vendor into the SRM system , which is getting updated in the VENMAP table but not getting any HITS in the table BUT000 or the BP transaction.

Here we have another vendor with the similar search term which points to a different Backend.

Version - SRM 4.0

No of Backends - 2

I have tried to delete the GUID of the vendor in the VENMAP but when I replicate the vendor , it still picks the old GUID instead of the new GUID.

Please let me know if you needed any further information on this.

Please help replicating the vendor.

Hi,

Can you check your external number ranges that you have defined for this vendor in SRM? (SPROCross App componentsSAP Business PartnerBusiness PartnerBasic SettingsNumber ranges & groupingsDefine number ranges)

Hello Nikhil,

We have checked that the Number range for Vendor is an internal Number range. However, we are using " Only Transfer R/3 Numbers" .

The number range that exist in both the R/3 systems are not clashing excepting their GUID's. Is there a way to delete the GUID.?

I have deleted the GUID's and replicated the Vendor again, but still it is picking the same old GUID.

Please advice
