Vendor Replication error: All R/3 descriptions are already assigned

Vendor Replication error: All R/3 descriptions are already assigned in the system. Earlier 2 BP numbers exist for 1 vendor. We have deleted both teh BP numbers using BBPMAININT. Now one vendor is still there in venmap table but both the BP numbers are not there. Still While trying to replicate vendor using BBPGETVD its showing this error-All R/3 descriptions are already assigned in the system.

Hello,

To replicate this Vendor once again, you need to clear the VENMAP table using FM BUP_BUPA_DELETE. Once the Vendor is deleted, it allows you to replicate the same Vendor once again from the backend to SRM.

Got to BBPMAININTI, under the vendor data changed the purchase org id to required Purchase Org Id and then changed the Org Unit of the vendor to the required org unit using pp01. This resolved my problem.
